Most of our products are digital, so refund eligibility depends on the specific product. Please review the breakdown below before reaching out.

Refund eligibility by product

30 Days to Great Photos / 30 Jours Pour Des Photos PRO 14-day refund. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date you receive access to the course.

Lightroom Presets, LUTs, and other downloadable files Non-refundable, with the following exceptions:

• Master II Pack and Master III Pack: 30-day refund from the purchase date.
• For all other presets, LUTs, and downloads, we do not offer cash refunds, but we are happy to arrange an exchange for another product of equal value, or a gift card, instead.

Workshops in person Refunds follow the policy stated on each individual workshop's product page.

Sony Masterclass and Astrophotography Course Non-refundable.

Pierre AI Non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for any period after your cancellation takes effect.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

How refunds are processed

When a refund applies, we will review your request and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process and post it.
